The DHK056 machine tool is the latest fully automatic honing machine production line developed by our company for inline porous honing processing. The machine tool is equipped with a four station rotating worktable, three processing positions, and one loading and unloading position. The loading and unloading position extends outside the equipment protection for easy robot operation. The three honing spindles can move along the cylinder hole direction to sequentially machine the cylinder hole; Three honing axes can complete rough honing, semi precision honing, and precision honing of workpiece holes. Compared with linear automatic lines, this equipment saves floor space, has centralized control, compact structure, and is equipped with online workpiece detection.
